PLAY IN THE 'V' CRICKET BATS

Play in the V Cricket Bats

The Play in the 'V' Cricket Bat and Mini Balls were launched at the start of November 2007 and already cricket coaches around the UK are raving about it's benefits.

The beauty is that whether it be a County Coach or an Under 7s Coach, they are all giving us the same feedback - The Play in the V cricket bat and ball improves batsmen.

The Play in the V cricket bat is the revolutionary new way to improve your batting technique and score more runs.

The Play in the V cricket bat is just 4cm wide and comes with two unique mini tennis balls.

It is currently used by all ages and abilities of cricketer from beginners through to Professionals.

The Play in the V cricket bat is a fun and safe way to develop your batting technique.

The Cricket Bat is designed to practise drills away from the nets and must be used with the mini tennis balls provided.

Improvements can be seen in a matter of minutes.

In particular this innovative bat helps any cricketer by:-

improving hand/eye coordination

training you to watch the ball right onto the bat

ensuring you to play in the V (play straight)

Practise like the Professional Cricketers and ultimately it will allow you to score more runs.

HOW THE BAT WORKS.

The Play in the V cricket bat is very easy to use and can be of tremendous benefit to all cricketers.

The revolutionary coaching aid is a 4cm wide bat with two mini tennis balls that only just fit on the face of the bat.

The 4cm bat also picks up at the same weight as your average full size bat.

The theory is that if a cricketer can constantly hit the tiny balls on the 4cm bat, when he returns to his normal width bat and normal cricket ball, it will be much easier.

Practice with the bat is so simple.

You need someone to underarm or overarm the small tennis balls at you from approx 10 metres.

All you do is try to drive the ball back where it came from.

It may be difficult to start with and you may miss a few balls, but after a short while you will soon realise you are hitting more than you are missing - Improvements!

Bags of extra balls are also available to purchase.

Each bag contains an over (6) of balls.

This is a great option as the balls are so small you may sometimes lose the odd one.

It also means you can have a round of balls before you collect them all in, rather than just the one ball that comes with your 'Play in the V' cricket bat.

Please be aware that these specialist mini tennis balls are designed specifically for use with the Play in the V bats and are not standard stock off the shelf product.

They are only available through 'Play in the V' Bat retailers.

TESTIMONIES

"What a revolutionary way for cricketers of any age or ability to seriously improve their batting technique.

Improvements can be seen within minutes of using the 'Play in the V' cricket bat."

(Yorkshire CCC opening batsman and ECB level 3 coach)

"The Play in the V cricket bat has really helped me score more runs straight down the ground.

I was trying to score too many runs square of the wicket and subsequently getting out too often. From practising with the Play in the V bat I am now more confident in playing with the full face of the bat and this has helped me to score more runs."

(Andrew Gale, Yorkshire CCC batsman and Founder of Pro Coach Cricket Academy)

"The Play in the V bat and ball made me watch the ball really closely onto my bat.

It also allowed me to coach myself and realise if I missed the ball my technique was slightly wrong or I simply wasn't watching the ball."

(David Senior, aged 12, Derbyshire Junior Cricketer)

"I love using the really thin bat and tiny tennis ball as it can be really difficult to start with, but after a while you start to hit the ball more often.

You can tell you are improving as a batsman." (Callum Johnson, aged 11, Yorkshire Junior Cricketer)
